Synchronize with Outlook Page
Synchronize with Outlook Page

TreeCentric’s Outlook Sync allows you to synchronize your TreeCentric email, calendar, and tasks with Outlook 2000/2003. So, your existing calendar, tasks, and contacts are available through TreeCentric’s webmail interface—whether you access it on your desktop at the office or on a laptop, PDA or PocketPC while away from the office. Of course, when you add contacts or schedule events while away from your desktop, that data is also automatically synchronized with Outlook.
How does it work? Outlook Sync will compare the calendar, task, and contact data on the desktop and the webmail server, and will then identify new or changed data. It then synchronizes and makes updates. See an online demo here.

Outlook Sync includes:

  • Support for Outlook 2003 and 2000
  • Synchronization of contact, calendar, and task data between your Outlook and the TreeCentric server
  • Support for local accounts created by  TreeCentric or any external POP3/IMAP account
  • Ensured data integrity during synchronization through MD5 Checksums
  • Simple installation
  • Option to synchronize data between the WebMail server using HTTPS
