you can log into Treecentric’s webmail via any web browser or wireless device—whether in the office or logging
on remotely.

Customize your webmail

The HTML interface of Treecentric’s webmail software is easily modified. Simply edit the HTML template source
code and your webmail will match your branding. You can also change the style and colors of your individual
webmail interface to suit your personal taste.

Share and share alike

With webmail, you can create group address books, share important company dates, and organize staff operations

Synchronize with your Outlook

If you add a new appointment, task, or contact while using Outlook or your webmail, the data will be automatically synchronized between both applications, with the Outlook Sync module. So, your contact, calendar, and task information will be available and updated wherever you are—automatically.

Control the system

The WebAdmin control panel is an easy-to-use web-based administration interface, which allows the administrator
to turn features on and off for the entire system. As the administrator, you can also enable features for some,
but not all.

Access your contacts

TreeCentric’s address book allows you to import and export contacts both to and from a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file format. And you can create permissions-based shared contacts, controlling which contacts are visible to
or editable by others.

Categorize your mail

Your webmail folders are accessible via a tree-menu, so you can categorize and access folders quickly. Create
sub-folders by right-clicking on a chosen folder. And, to move a message into a folder, simply 'drag and drop' it
into the desired location.

Support multiple accounts

From the TreeCentric webmail interface, you can access any number of external email accounts via POP3 or IMAP.

Encrypt your mail

Keep your outgoing email messages private with mail encryption, with options ranging from commercial to
military-grade encryption. You can also automatically sign your messages with your public encryption key,
so others can send you encrypted messages.

Access mail via your wireless devices

TreeCentric’s webmail allows you to send and receive email using your mobile phones and PDAs, using the wireless interface.

Treecentric’s webmail supports any existing POP3/IMAP server running under Unix/Linux or Windows systems.
