For enhanced productivity, share address books, calendar items, and tasks within your organization—it’s all part of TreeCentric’s groupware system.
Create group schedules
The comprehensive calendar tool lets you schedule meetings without the back-and-forth of phone calls. Simply send an electronic invitation with a specified date and time, or search all of the participating calendars to dentify times that work for everyone. And to view others’ schedules overlaid on your own, just check the box next to their name.
Organize projects
The task tool encourages project collaboration, allowing you to assign tasks, set appointments, and send reminders. Permission level settings let you control who can modify a task.
Share contacts (or don’t)
The shared contacts feature lets you share some or all of your contacts with others, through three types of address book entries: global, personal, and shared. Global address book entries are contacts that everyone can see. Personal address book entries can only be viewed by you. Shared address book entries can be viewed by you and anyone else who you specifically give permission to. You can also create groups in the contact mode, so that, with the click of a mouse, you can email everyone involved in a project.
Control permissions
It’s great to be able to share appointments and tasks with a group, but you definitely don’t want everyone tweaking the date, time, and information. With the control permissions feature, you specify who has access to simply read it and who has the ability to alter the details.
Post news
When each user logs into their account, they see a homepage with a quick summary of new messages, recent logins, calendar entries, and tasks. This page is also a great place for shared information, including company news, banner ads, or logos.
Control the system
The WebAdmin features allows the administrator to turn features on and off for the entire system. As the administrator, you can also enable features.
